Stok palace
Stok Palace Heritage Hotel and museum was built south of Leh, high on a hill overlooking the Indus river. A diagonal line of old stupas lead the eye to the structure, which was built in 1820 as a summer home for Ladakh royalty (Namgyal Dynasty). Stok, Ladakh
