Revered ancient tree (best larger)

I posed this woman among the roots of a famous ancient lur tree to add a sense of scale to the tree.

'Green Tree', at around 600 years old, is the oldest Lur tree on Kish Island, Lur is a rare species belonging to the fig genus, with large oval leaves. In Iran it is only native to Kish Island. People believe that the tree can bring good luck and tie lengths of yarn or fabrics to the roots to wish for long life and fulfillment of their needs and dreams, and they also carve wishes into it.

Response to comment about cropping: This image is actually about the tree, with no intention of being a portrait, so in this instance the woman is the prop for adding scale and interest to the tree, and not vice versa as I was hoping my caption, featuring the tree, would have demonstrated. Had my intention been to do a portrait of the woman, I would have zoomed in. In this instance I wanted to show the interesting carvings on the tree, the pieces of yarn, and the size of this magnificent old tree.
