on May 23, 2022Terry--For sure it's not White-tailed Kites, a species I know well. Pretty sure these are Pearl Kites (Gampsonyx swainsonii), based on the yellow on the face, the white breast, the dark back, and a peek at the red that shows on the lower abdomen. Try Googling them and see what you think. I saw them in Trinidad--a very pretty small raptor.
