    I can see why this kelp got its name; I have not seen this kind before; great detail in the kelp and the gulls; super contrasts!

    I am assuming that this is at low tide and the gulls are looking for seafood trapped in the kelp. Great shot here, Terry.

    Didn't know that there was a Feather Boa seaweed, so I've learnt something today. Great shot of the two Herring Gulls, looking for a quick meal that can be scavenged.
