Mossy hair ball
A giant mossy hair ball high in tree is all that can be seen of a Hoffmans two-toed sloth (Cholopus hoffmanni), Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica. If you look carefully you can see both of its two-toed hands, one high up where the large upward growing branch meets the even larger out of focus branch and the other visible as two reddish claws reaching forward to the right of mid-frame.
