Silver-tipped cub and mom
I was fortunate to capture a shot of the silver-tipped grizzly bear posing with his/her mother in the sedge grass on the banks of the Chilko River, British Columbia. She has the white collar that is quite common in the grizzlies of this area.

on January 10, 2022The silver tipped grizzly's are so beautiful. I love this image of Mom and baby. Awesome. My "memory" on FB today was a photo of one of the Grizzly bears called Amber at the Knight Inlet Lodge. I always though of her as blonde, but now I wonder if her lighter colors might have an official name such as the silver tips.
