Guanco on a hill top at sunrise standing still and surveying the local area, maybe for pumas, their major predators, or maybe for other guanacos. Torres del Paine National Park, Patagonia.
Pumas are stealth hunters, who attack from ambush, so this guy is probably feeling quite safe in the open.
