Into the maw
Looking down into the deep green-black water past the underwater ice shelves at the edges of piled-up icebergs off Rode O. The serrated edges of the underwater shelf of the top one looks like teeth and you can imagine that you are looking the maw of a huge predator. Rodefjord, Scoresby Sund, East Greenland.

on July 9, 2020Beautiful colors, but it does have a bit of a sinister look--like it could swallow up a person or...your schooner! Just kidding, but it is an interesting view, looking deep down.
