Dinner time
Sled dog on the edge of a frozen stream holds down its dinner with one paw and tugs on it with its teeth. This is a pure breed of working dogs that has a relationship with humans reaching over thousands of years, creating a unique sled dog culture that is in danger of disappearing. In much of Greenland it is illegal to import any dog from outside and since 2017 all dogs have to be microchipped and registered in the Greenland dog database.
