At the weather station
Old boat on trailer by modern satellite dishes, weather station, Ittoqqortoormiit, Scoresby Sund, East Greenland. The weather station serves a large area of Eastern Greenland with an automatic ground-based station providing hourly reports, and balloon borne radiosoundings every 12 hours measuring vertical profile of temperature, pressure, humidity and wind speeds.
