Early morning at the fish plant
As the traditional fishery at Djupivogur harbour went into decline, new industries started to evolve including salmon fish farms and a fishery for langoustine. Packing boxes are piled up on the wharf and a worker in a fork lift talks to a supervisor in the early morning, East Fjords, Iceland.

on January 10, 2021Looks like a good-sized plant for what seemed like a small town, based on other views we saw. Good that they are finding other ways to survive the economic changes.
