Beautiful invaders
In the South American spring, big leaf lupines (Lupinus polyphyllus), an introduced species from North America that is spreading rapidly, form dense flowering colonies on the gravel banks of the lower reaches of the Rio el Canal, Patagonia.

5 weeks agoThis is a lovely scene with the river running through it that acts as a guide for our eyes to travel the whole scene. It is too back that the Lupines are so invasive.
