Trio
Three alert Topi calves (Damaliscus lunatus jimela) on the savanna, curious about our safari vehicle. The topi are a beautiful fast antelope. On the savanna, there is usually only a very brief period of time after you stop the vehicle when the herd animals stand and look at you before they head off at top speed, so you have to anticipate this and be ready to shoot in a split second. Grumeti Game Reserve, Serengeti, Tanzania.
