Herding ducks
Ducks and water buffalos are the main animal life that play a role in the sustainable agriculture of north Vietnam and southern China. The ducks are herded into the water-filled patties after the harvest to eat the spilled grains and insects. As seen here, herding them into the terraces has it challenges.

on October 10, 2016I had exactly the same thought as Frank (Franks-Focus). There is, as James pointed out, a lyrical, dance-like quality to the movement you captured. Very pleasing image.

on October 10, 2016The lady almost appears to be dancing. Great image showing the very Eco-friendly process of using ducks for pest control.

on October 9, 2016Great shot -- looks like herding ducks may be similar to herding cats.

on October 9, 2016I would thing that herding ducks would be almost as difficult as herding cats, but they probably realize that they are headed for a feast. Great capture.
