Environmental engineering
The way the development of the rice terraces has occurred over thousands of years has been cited by UNESCO as a good example of environmental engineering, from the way the mountains, forests, villages and rice terraces are integrated together, and even domestic livestock like oxen, geese and ducks play their role. This view of the mountains, forests and terraces was taken in Quanfuzhuang, Yuanyang Country in Yunnan Province, China

on April 27, 2016Excellent composition the portrait layout works so well.
In Japan there is a lot of talk about Satoyama (lit. Countryside Mountain) how ecological balanced farming helps increase the biodiversity of an area. I also recommend photography the book of the same name by Mitsuhiko Imamori which contains lots of beautiful photos of the countryside around Lake Biwa.
