I'm heading off the road again up to bear country in Northern BC where I hope to see Spirit Bears (the rare white Kermode bears) grizzly bears and black bears along the coast and on the salmon rivers. This is the roadless wilderness of the Great Bear Rainforest, accessible only by seaplane or by boat. This is a photo of Grenville Chanel, north of Hartley Bay, mid-coast British Columbia
I guess I missed this since we were traveling to your town. I love exploring places that are off the tourist path for the most part. Touristy areas are ok for what they are, but to really understand the soul of the country/area you need to (in my opinion)get off the rode. You do it so well and I love doing it too.
