Rocky shore and red shed
This rocky shoreline along Cape Bonavista is said to be near the site of the landing of John Cabot on June 24, 1497 when he claimed the land for Great Britain. The red shed add a spot of colour to the bleak landscape.

Hi Terry, this is nice.
What a fabulous composition, with the rugged stone-litter hillside, the falling-down fence and the bright red shed...love this!
The little red shed is a nice splash of color in the desolate landscape. I also like the fence a lot. Neat shot!
There are so many really old historic site in that area--love the red pop of color.
The red barn adds a pop of bold contrasting color!
